Terms of service

These terms cover your use of the Bennett Test Prep scheduling tool. Bennett Test Prep is an ACT and SAT tutoring practice in Cornelius, North Carolina. By using the scheduler, you agree to these terms.

You sign in with a one-time link sent to your email, so there is no password to manage. Keep access to your email secure, since anyone with that link can reach your account. Tell us right away if you think someone else has access.

You submit your session preferences each cycle, and the scheduler builds a balanced month from everyone’s preferences using a consistent process. Submitting preferences does not guarantee a specific time, and the published schedule is final for the cycle unless you trade or drop a session.

Sessions are invoiced through Stripe and charged to the card on file. Bennett Test Prep sets the session rate and any fees. You are responsible for keeping a valid card on file. If a charge fails, we may hold your sessions until payment is current.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before a session are credited to your account for a future session. Inside the 24-hour window, your first late cancellation is given grace and credited; after that, the session fee stands. Account credit is the default; cash refunds are issued at Bennett Test Prep’s approval.

You can drop a session or request a trade with another family from the trade board. When a family drops a session, the open spot is first-come for anyone who wants it. Trades take effect once both sides and the schedule are updated.

Use the scheduler only for your own family’s scheduling. Do not try to disrupt the service, access other families’ information, or submit false information.

We work to keep the scheduler running, but it is provided as is, and features may change. We may update these terms; if we do, we will update this page and the date above. Continuing to use the scheduler means you accept the current terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
